Job summary

Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Grounds Labor Technician for full-time, outdoor maintenance across commercial properties in the Carolinas and Georgia. You will drive a company pickup between sites and perform cleaning, litter removal, and basic building upkeep, rain or shine.

Qualifications

• Active driver license and clean driving record required.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work independently outdoors and adapt to weather.

Responsibilities

• Pick up litter and maintain exterior cleanliness.
• Wipe surfaces, clean windowsills, benches, and trash can lids.
• Change trash bags in outdoor cans and clean dumpster enclosures.
• Move heavy pallets and furniture; assist with building maintenance tasks.
• Drive company pickup to and from jobsites.
• Work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds when needed.
• Hang signs and assist with general site maintenance.
