Parkland Golf & Country Club in Parkland, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a Full-Time Outside Golf Operations Attendant. The role focuses on assisting guests with outside services, maintaining the course environment and supporting golf events.

Responsibilities include cart prep, policy education for players, spike changes, and range maintenance. The position requires a valid driver's license and reliable attendance in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience as stated: Less than high school or up to 1 month related experience or training.
• Must be able to read and speak English to perform duties.
• Requires reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and members with outside services and golf-related tasks.
• Help maintain clubhouse, cart storage, and parking area.
• Assist in setting up and running golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain cart staging and bag drop areas in neat condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
