Contra Costa Country Club, part of Troon, is hiring a part-time Guest Services Attendant for Outside Golf Operations in Pleasant Hill, CA. The role focuses on delivering a polished, welcoming experience for members and guests, especially at arrival, departure, and on-course support.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests.
• Assist with bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning.
• Clean, stage, and maintain golf carts to Club standards.
• Support starter operations and pace of play as needed.
• Assist with rental clubs and practice facility setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outside service areas.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate via radio.
• Support other golf operations duties as needed.
