Job summary

Flying Horse Resort and Club in Colorado Springs seeks an Outdoor F&B Concierge to deliver high-quality service on our golf courses and outdoor venues. You will maintain beverage carts, engage with members, and process payments while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires hospitality experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend availability preferred.

• Experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and guest-first approach.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized food and beverage service to guests on the golf course and outdoor venues.
• Operate and maintain the beverage cart, ensuring it is fully stocked and clean at all times.
• Engage with members and guests to enhance their experience and offer recommendations.
• Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages to management.
• Adapt to weather conditions and adjust service accordingly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down outdoor dining and service areas as needed.
• Collaborate with F&B staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.
