Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a dependable Landfill Laborer to assist with general maintenance and daily operations at the landfill. This role involves supporting site cleanup, grounds maintenance, and helping customers in the homeowners’ area.

You will perform physical labor outdoors, follow safety rules, and work a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule at 11 N. Parke St, Aberdeen, MD 21001. Previous general labor or landscaping experience is a plus, and reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• General labor experience preferred.
• Basic landscaping experience preferred.
• Comfort with outdoor physical labor in varying weather.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Team player with a good work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris around the landfill and facility.
• Assist with maintaining and cleaning the facility.
• Assist customers in the homeowners' area.
• Perform general labor and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance (weed trimming, cleanup, outdoor areas).
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
