Job summary

National Garden Service, LLC is seeking a Part-time, seasonal Garden Center Merchandiser to support stores in Springville and Payson, Utah. The role focuses on displaying and maintaining outdoor plants, watering, signing and clean displays, and building positive relationships with store teams and customers.

You must have a smartphone, dependable transportation, and the ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job learning through Go

Responsibilities

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop watering plan with floral department manager
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interact with store personnel and customers
• Develop positive working relationships with store management
• Complete visit reports for each serviced store using Go Spot Check app

• Store #271 - 1117 West 400 South Springville, Utah 84663
• Store #75 - 632 South 100 West Payson, Utah 84651

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interacting with store personnel and customers
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
• Complete report for each store serviced
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to:

• Have a smart phone
