National Garden Service, LLC is seeking a part-time Garden Center Merchandiser to service Store #402 in Winchester, KY. The role involves arranging outdoor plant displays, maintaining signage, watering plants, and coordinating with store staff to ensure a welcoming, well-organized garden center.

The position requires lifting up to 30 lbs, working outdoors in all elements, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to work part-time, seasonal hours.

Responsibilities

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interact with store personnel and customers
• Develop positive working relationships with store management and associates
• Complete reports for each store serviced
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interacting with store personnel and customers
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
• Complete report for each store serviced
