National Garden Service, LLC is seeking a part-time Garden Center Merchandiser to support multiple stores in Midlothian, VA and Chester, VA.

You will display outdoor plants, maintain product displays, water plant materials, follow planograms, and ensure safe, clean displays while interacting with customers and store teams.

Competenze

• Outdoor work is required.
• Must be physically fit to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to interact with customers and store personnel.
• Able to understand and execute planograms.
• Comfort using smartphone and store apps.

This role services the following store (s):

• Store #512 - 13201 Rittenhouse Dr. Midlothian, VA 23112
• Store #520 - 12726 Jefferson Davis Hwy Chester, VA 23831
• Store #524 - 10800 Iron Bridge Road Chester, VA 23831
  

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interacting with store personnel and customers
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
• Complete report for each store serviced
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to:

• Have a smart phone
• Workoutdoorsin all elements
• Have dependable transportation
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
• Assemble and tear down outdoor benching
• Understand and execute planograms
• Use workplace mobile apps
