National Garden Service, LLC is seeking a part-time Garden Center Merchandiser to manage outdoor plant displays at our Flower Mound locations.

You will work outdoors in heat and cold; responsibilities include watering, signage, and reporting via Go Spot Check app. A smartphone and reliable transportation are required.

This seasonal/part-time role offers training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Display a variety of outdoor plants.
• Maintain product displays.
• Water all plant materials.
• Develop a watering plan with floral department manager.
• Ensure proper signage is in place.
• Maintain a safe and clean display area.
• Remove and record expired plant material.
• Interact with store personnel and customers.
• Develop positive working relationships with store management and associates.
• Complete report for each store serviced.
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app.

This role services the following store(s):

• Store #456 - 2709 Cross Timbers Rd Flower Mound, TX 75028
• Store #585 - 1101 Flower Mound Rd Flower Mound, TX 75028

Note-Must be able to go to both locations daily.

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interacting with store personnel and customers
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
• Complete report for each store serviced
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to:

• Have a smart phone
• Workoutdoorsin all elements

• Assemble and tear down outdoor benching
• Understand and execute planograms
• Use workplace mobile apps
