Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a skilled forklift/production operator for our rugged 50+ acre outdoor and indoor manufacturing site in Manheim, PA. The role requires operating heavy equipment and production machinery while adhering to safety standards.

You will load production bins, verify correct material mix, and support machine setup and maintenance tasks. The job demands a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and tickets.
• Must be able to pass internal certification and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader or forklift and production machinery per instructions.
• Load bins for production ensuring correct mix and quantity.
• Keep work area clean and read job specs for machine adjustments.
• Assist machine operators to set up machines and meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
