Job summary

AtWork Group in Mebane, NC is hiring a full-time Forklift / Material Handler (outdoor). Starting pay is $18.00/hr with a 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM), and 40+ hours per week. Benefits include medical and dental insurance.

The role involves operating a sit-down forklift, pulling and staging orders, loading/unloading materials, replenishing inventory, and using handheld scanners. We seek dependable, hard-working individuals who can work outdoors in all seasons, pass a drug

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of combined warehouse and sit-down forklift experience.
• Ability to work both on and off the forklift throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• No more than 3 jobs within the past 12 months.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift.
• Pull and stage orders.
• Load and unload building materials.
• Replenish inventory.
• Receive and put away product.
• Use handheld scanners.
• Work outdoors in all seasons.
• Assist with material handling and physical labor when not on the forklift.
