Job summary

QXO in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other heavy equipment. You will work outdoors in all weather, verify orders, and maintain accurate inventory documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, requires the ability to lift 65+ lbs, and offers a benefits package including 401(k), medical/dental/vision, PTO, paid training, and more. Start time is 7am, with overtime and weekend flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong verbal and written communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 65+ lbs.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE.
• Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting.
