Job summary

Path Light Pro in Maryland is seeking a Part Time Entry Level Stormwater Erosion Inspector to join our growing construction safety and environmental compliance team. No prior inspection experience is required; in-house training is provided and you will perform site evaluations for stormwater, erosion, and safety, document findings, and communicate with clients and supervisors.

The role involves outdoor work in all weather, travel to remote sites, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• No previous inspection experience required; in-house training provided.
• Knowledge of general construction is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction site evaluations for stormwater, erosion, and safety
• Maintain a positive, working relationship with clients
• Complete all site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite Stormwater or Safety log book
• Communicate construction stormwater and safety issues to client onsite personnel
• Communicate timely and professionally with immediate supervisor and clients to support efficient operations
• Strong problem solving skills providing solutions to stormwater and safety management challenges during construction
• Open to learning new skills in the construction stormwater and safety management industry
