Job summary

Path Light Pro is seeking a Full-Time Stormwater Erosion Inspector to begin a career in the growing construction stormwater, erosion, and safety compliance industry. This entry-level role offers independent outdoor work, a stable salary, and travel opportunities within a supportive team.

No prior inspection experience is required; training is provided in-house. You will perform site evaluations, document findings, and communicate issues to clients and supervisors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• No prior inspection experience required; in-house training provided.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Willing to travel to remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction site evaluations for stormwater, erosion, and safety
• Maintain a positive, working relationship with clients
• Complete all site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite Stormwater or Safety log book
• Communicate construction stormwater and safety issues to client onsite personnel
• Communicate timely and professionally with immediate supervisor and clients to support efficient operations
• Strong problem solving skills providing solutions to stormwater and safety management challenges during construction
• Open to learning new skills in the construction stormwater and safety management industry
