Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Cincinnati area. You will educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement, perform quick home inspections from the street, and identify homeowner challenges Leaf Home can solve.

The role emphasizes generating leads, consultative selling, and building strong relationships with customers while working outdoors daily. A valid driver's license and ability to work evenings/weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by covering an assigned territory daily, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on Leaf Home products and gather information for follow-up and demonstrations.
• Report daily results to the field management team and collaborate with other sales representatives.
• Represent Leaf Home products professionally and ensure potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
