Job summary

Naturescape is seeking a Supervising Field Lead in Cedar Rapids, IA to oversee field production and daily operations at our satellite facility. This full-time role offers outdoor leadership and hands-on work with a family-owned company that has proudly operated for over 40 years.

You’ll lead a team, manage the local branch operations, and grow with a company that provides paid training, strong benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to lead a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors and manage field operations.
• Paid training provided; no lawn-care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in outdoor lawn and landscape routes and duties.
• Oversee field production and satellite facility operations.
• Hire, coach, and manage local team; conduct corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure equipment readiness, supplies, and maintenance at the site.
• Engage with customers, upsell add-on services, and resolve issues in the field.
