Job summary

Naturescape in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to deliver outstanding lawn and landscape care for residential and commercial properties. This is a licensed specialist role with opportunities for overtime and bonuses, including a $750 certification bonus after 4 months if licensed in Iowa.

You will work outdoors, manage a route, and grow with a family-owned company that values training and advancement. Competitive pay starts at $21/hr with bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• No lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit and manage a route and work 10-hour days, 4 days per week (weather and customer needs may vary).
• Perform precision lawn care, mowing, aeration, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.
• You are the face of the company in the field, communicating clearly and building rapport with customers.
