Job summary

Duncan Family Farms (DFF) is seeking a General Labor – Farm Maintenance to work on our Goodyear, Arizona farms. This outdoor, hands-on role supports harvest readiness and farm upkeep in a non-exempt, seasonal/full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include weeding, rock removal, trench cleaning, transplant support, and fence installation while adhering to food safety policies. Growth opportunities exist within a mission-driven organic farming operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of agricultural experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Position Summary

What You’ll Do
