Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment is required.
• Ability to safely maneuver equipment in a busy yard environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash heavy equipment and rental assets in the wash bay.
• Fuel heavy equipment and ensure all units are ready for service.
• Safely operate various types of heavy equipment to move units throughout the yard.
• Transport equipment from the yard to the wash bay for cleaning and inspection.
• Stage equipment for Quality Control Technicians to perform inspections and readiness checks.
• Perform general yard maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment within the yard.
• Conduct basic visual inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete all duties assigned by upper management as needed to support business operations.
