Sunstate Equipment in Charlotte/Concord, NC is hiring an Equipment Support II - Yard Laborer. You will work outdoors, load/unload shoring, and help with inventory and maintenance tasks in a safety‑driven team environment.

Responsibilities

• Working outdoors in a fast-paced environment constructing trench, MAP boxes and hydraulic shoring by hand.
• Load and unload shoring on a sit-down forklift for customers and drivers with proper secu rity.
• Regularly perform an inventory on equipment and other duties as assigned.
• Pressure washing equipment and returning to stock.
• Occasional painting and organizing inventory.
• Assembling MAP Boxes and doing minor repairs on hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with the team to safely fill orders efficiently.
