Qualifications

• Experience operating large farm equipment such as tractors, mowers, haul trailers, bulldozers, backhoes.
• Ability to read site maps, plant labels, and follow verbal instructions; write reports labels and tags with numbers and letters.
• One year of experience operating electric and/or propane forklifts in production settings such as a loading dock, warehouse, or agricultural facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate field equipment including tractors, backhoes, front loaders, trailers, and forklifts.
• Perform field operations such as lifting, transplanting, mowing, and grounds upkeep.
• Plan field irrigation layout and assist in irrigation system maintenance.
