Job summary

Kinsley Construction is seeking a full-time Environmental Technician to join our field crew. You will assist operators, install stabilization matting, and perform seeding, strawing, hydroseeding, and planting trees and shrubs.

Candidates must be physically fit to work outdoors in varying weather, read blueprints, operate tools, and follow safety rules; this role is safety sensitive. Join a company with a long history of excellence and a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform outdoor landscaping tasks in all weather.
• Experience in landscaping, labor, and supervision is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transports and installs stabilization matting in varied terrain.
• Seeding, strawing and hydroseeding as required.
• Plants trees and shrubs; reads blueprints and plans.
• Operates power tools and large equipment safely.
• Keeps tools clean and orderly; adheres to safety rules.
• Follows foreman instructions and maintains site safety.
