Job summary

O6 Environmental is seeking a full-time, non-exempt site laborer to join our environmental cleanup and construction crews. This role involves performing general site labor, loading materials, and assisting with equipment operations at our outdoor worksites in varied weather.

Ideal candidates will have at least six months of construction or general labor experience, be able to pass a background check and drug screen, and comply with all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred; training may be provided).
• Six months of construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform general site labor and assist crews with environmental cleanup and construction activities
• Operate light-to-medium equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and pressure washers
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow all site-specific safety and environmental protocols
• Ability to operate light/heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Ability to work in teams and take direction from site leadership
• Capable of working in physically demanding environments in all weather conditions
