Compensation varies by carpentry experience and successful completion of tape tests and verbal tests.

Pay starts at $15/hr for 0–1 year of experience, rising to $16, $17, and up to $18/hr with more experience and test results; overtime is available and required on large projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction-related experience strongly preferred.
• Must read and use a regular tape measure (pass pre-employment tape tests).
• Ability to follow instructions, work well with a team, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Work in a partially outdoor environment with hand tools (hammer, drill, impact drill).
• Move and stack heavy materials (up to 75 lbs by yourself or with help).
• Perform general clean-up duties.
• Be exposed to varying weather conditions.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
