Job summary

Bo-Mac Contractors, LTD seeks an entry-level Laborer I to support marine and civil construction sites with basic physical labor, site preparation and material handling.

You will assist skilled trades, work outdoors in all weather, and help with lifting up to 75 pounds, tool use, and safety practices. Preference given to candidates with up to 6 months of formwork or concrete labor experience.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb regularly.
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred.
• Six months of formwork/concrete labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform site preparation and material handling.
• Assist skilled trades (carpenters, operators, welders).
• Work outdoors in all weather and safety-focused environment.
• Support both land-based and overwater operations.
