Job summary

Kolde Concrete Construction is seeking aLaborer to join our team in St. Mary’s, Kansas. This full-time outdoor role offers hands-on work on commercial, industrial, residential and high-rise projects and emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to stand, stoop, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ownership of hand tools and knowledge of how to use them.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial, industrial, residential, and high-rise projects on small and large buildings.
• Must be able to comprehend and implement proper industry and jobsite specific safety rules and regulations.
• Properly operate small power equipment including but not limited to compaction rammers, cut-off saws and plate tampers.
• Strip concrete forming systems and remove accessory hardware and nails.
• Shovel soils, sub-base materials, and concrete.
• Help keep the equipment and work site area clean.
