Job summary

Waltham Pest Services seeks an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to grow our commercial footprint based out of Wilmington, MA. You’ll develop relationships with local businesses, identify opportunities, and close deals to drive sales in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

We offer base salary plus bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, a company vehicle and gas card, training, and licensing support as you build market presence in New England.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Grow the commercial business footprint and expand client base in the Wilmington, MA area.
• Build meaningful relationships with local businesses and become a trusted partner in the community.
• Identify opportunities, open doors with confidence, and guide customers toward the right solutions.
• Operate with a proactive approach to hit quotas and drive sales growth without cap on earnings.
