Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Cement Mason Apprentice to support cement masons in small-scale landscaping and cement operations. You will assist with mixing, forming, and installing concrete, and help prepare work sites and transport materials.

Ideal candidates have outdoor construction experience, the ability to work in all weather, and basic safety awareness. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Union member in good standing is required.
• Landscape or hardscape construction experience is a plus.
• Experience working outside in all weather conditions.
• Conversational Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist cement masons with mixing and installing concrete.
• Dig trenches and set up cement forms for sidewalks and planters.
• Move materials from site to site and unload as needed.
• Use tools to level, smooth, and shape freshly poured concrete.
• Follow directions and complete assigned tasks.
• Practice workplace safety at all times.
