Job summary

Metro Express Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, guide vehicles into the wash, and promote memberships at our Boise location. The role rewards a friendly, energetic team member who can inform customers about wash options and promotions in a relaxed, non-pressure manner.

Full-time positions offer 32-40 hours per week with weekend availability. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO and sick time, plus ongoing growth

Qualifications

• Must be upbeat, friendly with a passion for service.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Comfort working outdoors year-round with provided gear.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Retail or sales experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet customers, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and keep the site safe and clean.
• Explain wash options, services, and memberships in a friendly, non-pushy way.
• Earn commission on every membership/promotion sale.
• Follow safety rules to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain a clean, organized site to reflect the brand.
