Job summary

Vangst is seeking Outdoor Cultivation & Harvest Technicians to join the cannabis cultivation team. This hands-on role covers planting, irrigation, care, harvesting, and post-harvest activities in outdoor conditions with strict adherence to state regulations.

The ideal candidate will support all phases of the growing cycle, demonstrate reliability, and work well in a team while complying with SOPs and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cannabis cultivation or outdoor farming preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess state credentials.

Responsibilities

• Plant, transplant, and maintain cannabis plants during the growing season.
• Water plants with irrigation systems or manual methods as directed.
• Perform pruning, defoliation, trellising, and canopy management.
• Harvest mature plants and handle post-harvest processing.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
