Job summary

KCN Campgrounds is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across campground buildings and accommodations while delivering friendly guest service. You will follow cleaning programs, use proper safety procedures, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure high standards.

The role requires ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve assisting with maintenance or guest services duties as needed. Join a growing outdoor hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Basic reading abilities.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart.
• Ability to work under wet and slippery conditions.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures including chemical properties, handling, and usage.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning programs for specific buildings and facilities as outlined by immediate supervisor or owner(s).
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals on appropriate items and only as trained. Do not mix chemicals together or use straight out of original bottle.
• Be aware of blood borne pathogen procedures and contact supervisor when needed.
• Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests' needs.
• Submit a list of supplies that need to be replenished to your supervisor or owner(s).
• Report all broken or damaged items within campground buildings, facilities and premises.
