Pali Mountain in Running Springs, CA is seeking housekeeping staff to help maintain our site. This role supports the housekeeping team with tasks across cabins, offices, meeting spaces, and restrooms, following a cleaning schedule.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically able to lift 40 lbs, and comfortable working outdoors in varied weather. This part-time position offers $18–$19 per hour, on-site work, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Experience helpful but not required; training provided.
• Physically able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to follow a cleaning schedule and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean cabins, offices, meeting spaces and restrooms; vacuum, mop, sanitize, and take out trash.
• Respond to cleaning issues as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow weekly schedule; weekends, holidays, and evenings possible.
• Work 8:00 to 4:30pm; lunch provided when guests are present.
• Opportunity for advancement and potential for full-time after 90 days.
