Job summary

A leading sports organization is hiring Coaches for summer youth baseball and softball camps in San Diego County. Ideal candidates are energetic and passionate about teaching children aged 4-13 while ensuring a fun and safe environment. Coaches will receive equipment, training, and curriculum support to enhance the campers' skills and love for the game. Opportunities exist for varying coaching skill levels and positions from Coach to Site Director, running from June 8 to August 14, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably in a camp setting.
• High school level or higher playing/coaching experience.
• Commitment to positive leadership and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for campers.
• Manage and motivate campers to enjoy their time.
• Execute daily camp curriculum as directed.
