• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to understand work directions and communicate with supervisors and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

• Walk alongside Asphalt Paver operations and identify areas needing attention.
• Use hand tools such as asphalt lute and shovel to shape and smooth surfaces.
• Serve as Spotter for dump trucks and other heavy equipment with clear communication.
• Operate small equipment including broom tractor, skid steer, roller, chop saw, grinders, or walk-behind saw.
• Shovel, sweep, and use a wheelbarrow as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
