Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team. You will work outdoors at residential and commercial properties, performing climbing and pruning duties with a focus on safety and quality.

You will gain extensive training, advance within arboriculture, and collaborate with a skilled, safety-minded crew. The position is physically active and offers compensation between $30 and $40 per hour plus a sign-on bonus up to $4,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver\'s license with a clean DMV record.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn and develop climbing and pruning skills.
• Ability to operate chainsaws and other equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew to provide high-quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing.
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care practices.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent service to clients while maintaining professional standards.
