SavATree is hiring a Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team. You’ll climb, prune, perform removals, cable bracing, and operate chainsaws and bucket trucks, delivering safe, high-quality service to clients.

Work outdoors on beautiful properties in the community. We offer competitive hourly pay ($28-$38/hr), health/dental insurance, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and ongoing training to grow your arboriculture career.

Qualifications

• Experience with proper pruning for large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree/shrub species.
• Ability to climb without spurs and follow safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with chainsaws and related equipment.
• Experience operating aerial lifts (bucket truck).

Responsibilities

• Climb and prune large shade trees and ornamentals using proper practices.
• Perform removals, cable bracing, and other tree care techniques.
• Safely operate chainsaws, equipment, and aerial lifts (bucket trucks).
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Apply industry safety standards in all aspects of tree care.
