Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, on-site customer service role at our airport locations. You will assist customers through the rental and return process, check vehicles, and handle loyalty rentals with a focus on service excellence.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to work outdoors with flexible shifts. We offer on-the-job training, benefits, and employee discounts. This position cannot be performed remotely and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and use handheld devices.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through rental and return at airport lots.
• Check vehicles and enter information into handheld device.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist at exit gates.
• Check in vehicles at return and ensure a positive customer experience.
