Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a CDL license with all necessary endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blends and applies fertilizers and agricultural chemicals following recommendations and label directions.
• Operates equipment safely and in compliance with environmental regulations and Superior Ag’s guidelines.
• Maintains facility and equipment so they look well kept and are in good working order.
• Performs mechanic work on assigned vehicles.
• Completes applicator logs and reports.
• Keeps the Location Manager informed of product inventory that could affect schedules.
• Loads and unloads inbound and outbound inventory.
• Promotes the business with existing and potential customers.
• Be responsible for timely delivery of products to local destinations.
• Train Seasonal Employees as needed.
