Rush County Stone in Milroy, IN is seeking a self-motivated Aggregate Plant Maintenance Laborer to join our outdoor, hands-on team. You will perform maintenance, assist with repairs, and help keep conveyors and screening systems running safely.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather and at heights. Prior plant or industrial maintenance experience is preferred; dependability and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general plant maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Replace and repair conveyor belts, screening systems, and other components.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Operate or assist in operating mobile equipment as needed and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow environmental procedures.
