Job summary

The Adventure Park in Virginia Beach is hiring part-time Park Hosts for evenings and weekends. You’ll greet guests, handle ticketing and reservations, assist groups, and support park events. A friendly, patient attitude and reliability are essential as you deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Paid training, complimentary park activities, and a flexible schedule are offered. Cross-training may occur for Owl Creek Landing shifts, enhancing variety and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possess a friendly disposition and professional demeanor at all times.
• Strong communication skills and a kind, patient approach to working with people.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and personal integrity.
• A passion for working outdoors and the ability to handle all weather conditions.
• Able to quickly pick up new skills during training and on the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check in guests and provide park information.
• Complete ticket sales, reschedules and account credits per park policies.
• Assist groups and birthday parties with reservations and on-site needs.
• Handle retail sales, inventory, and housekeeping of customer areas.
• Support event setup, park duties and weather-related guest management.
• May cross-train for Owl Creek Landing shifts.
