Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo in Florida is seeking an Adventure Park Activities Coordinator to create memorable guest experiences while overseeing popular outdoor attractions.

Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy the outdoors, and can deliver safety-first service; you will work with a team and support daily operations and special events. This role also includes daily pay and tools to manage finances.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation, attractions, hospitality, entertainment, or guest service preferred.
• Candidates should be energetic and personable with passion for guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and operate attractions such as Air Jumper, Zipline, Rock Wall, Mechanical Bull, and Bounce House.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure guests have a safe experience.
• Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.
• Cross-train and assist with other resort recreation and activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote activities and enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain clean and safe activity areas and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service during daily operations and events.
• Perform additional duties to support resort operations.
