Job summary

C Lazy U Ranch, Inc in Granby, Colorado is hiring for an Activities Guide to lead mountain biking, hiking, snowmobiling, and other winter and fall activities for guests. You will work with a team to deliver safe, engaging experiences while transitioning summer offerings to winter operations.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, equipment management, and sharing local flora, fauna, and history. Previous guest services or outdoor recreation experience is valued, along with first aid and CPR

Qualifications

Prior experience in guest services, outdoor recreation, or activity facilitation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain on hire).
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to safely drive vehicles and snowmobiles in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

Guide activities: mountain biking, hiking, side-by-side rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, and ice skating.
Assist with unguided activity areas, equipment fitting and trail recommendations.
Maintain and ensure safety of activity locations and equipment, including the Activities Yurt.
Support seasonal transition from summer to winter operations and trail network setup.
Assist land and trails team with maintenance; respond to emergencies and first aid.
Support other departments for events, logistics and setup.
