Job summary

YQN, a leading cross-border logistics platform, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor onsite at Flanders, NJ. You will lead internal flow teams, optimize replenishment, and enforce 5S standards to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics and at least 1 year of inventory or replenishment experience, with English and Mandarin proficiency. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• At least 1 year of warehouse replenishment or inventory control experience.
• Familiar with WMS, ABC analysis, and zone-based replenishment strategies.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal flow teams (re-binners, re-pickers, inventory movers) and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Optimize warehouse slotting to reduce travel time; lead cycle counts to improve accuracy.
• Supervise all internal movements, bin transfers, replenishment, and consolidation of partial pallets; enforce 5S.
• Balance replenishment requests with cycle counting tasks; adjust labor allocation.
• Publish inventory accuracy, replenishment timeliness, and idle time analyses.
• Support inbound/outbound teams to meet SLA commitments.
• Monitor high-velocity pick zones to prevent shrinkage; perform random audits.
