Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Material Handler for our Dayton, NV facility. You will pick, consolidate, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and various warehouse equipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements include 1 year of distribution experience and strong English communication. No degree is required. The role offers a starting wage of $23.50 per hour with potential raises; shifts can run up to 10 hours with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; receiving and/or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, order pickers, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Business proficiency in reading/writing in English

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently using handheld scanning devices
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment processing
• Pack products accurately and securely using internal systems
• Bundle and verify orders for shipment and operate the bundler system
• Load and stack packages into trailers and manage trailer lockout procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols and meet performance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
