Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents, instructions, and operational reports.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound operations to ensure timely shipments.
• Demonstrate and lead material handling and warehousing functions.
• Assign tasks to team members to meet productivity goals.
• Operate machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, labeling, and packaging.
• Train and coach team members to improve performance.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, audits, and cycle counts.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; keep work area organized.
• Communicate priorities and expectations to the team.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
