Job summary

Workforce Recruiter's client is seeking an Outbound Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–Midnight) to lead daily outbound warehouse operations in Atlanta, GA. You will ensure orders are staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accurately and on time while upholding productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, overseeing the shipping forklift team and other associates, monitoring shift productivity, and holding staff

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound warehouse operations.
• Ensure orders are staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the shipping forklift team and other assigned warehouse associates.
• Maintain a strong presence on the warehouse floor, monitor productivity, and ensure accountability for meeting performance expectations.
• Ensure the 2nd shift completes the required workload and prepares the warehouse for the next day's operation and shipments.
