Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an Outbound Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to Midnight) to lead daily outbound warehouse operations in Atlanta. The role focuses on staging, verification, loading, and on-time shipping while upholding safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

You will supervise the shipping forklift team and warehouse staff, maintain a strong presence on the floor, track productivity, and ensure the shift completes the workload and sets up the next day’s shipments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound warehouse operations and ensure orders are staged, verified, loaded, and shipped on time.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the shipping forklift team and other warehouse associates.
• Monitor shift productivity and enforce performance standards on the floor.
• Ensure the 2nd shift completes workload and prepares warehouse for next day’s operations.
