Job Overview

Reports to: Outbound Supervisor

Job Description: The Outbound Associate will pick and pack products and perform general warehouse duties, including material put-away, deliveries, and warehouse cleanup. Attention to detail and high accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Pick small items to carts.
2. Pick large items to skids.
3. Operate a cart/hand-jack.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Count and verify items accurately.
6. Pack small items safely and securely.
7. Refer complex issues to the supervisor.
8. Follow defined processes and procedures.
9. Use RF gun or PC to pick/pack products accurately.

Work Environment

• Standard 8-hour workday or until orders are completed in a warehouse setting.
• Involves physical labor: lifting, standing, and moving around the warehouse.
• Weekly pay and a positive team atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs or more.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Use of hands and arms regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills

• Previous warehouse experience.
• RF scanning knowledge.
