Job summary

Capital Vacations in Springfield, MO is seeking an outbound sales/marketing agent to help guests plan getaways over the phone. Earn starting pay of $17 per hour with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

The role includes a set schedule, paid training, and rapid advancement through ongoing sales coaching. You will qualify guests, answer questions about properties, and participate in regular training to sharpen your skills.

Qualifications

• Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus)
• A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
• A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Must be able to pass a full background check. dress code is business casual.

Responsibilities

• Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests—NO COLD CALLING!
• Assist guests with inquiries about vacation properties and packages.
• Determine guest eligibility based on qualification standards.
