Outbound Transportation Technology Analyst - 100% Remote - Direct Hire - Fortune 100 Company

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Transportation Technology Analyst to join a Fortune 100 company remotely. This role involves leading discovery sessions, documenting business processes, translating requirements into system configurations, and supporting integrations related to outbound transportation and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including SWIMS.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders in transportation and warehouse operations.
  2. Documenting end-to-end processes, functional requirements, and integration points, focusing on outbound transportation and WMS.
  3. Translating business needs into system configurations and technical specifications.
  4. Driving integration mapping and validation between internal and third-party systems supporting freight, routing, and distribution.
  5. Collaborating with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Leading system and user acceptance testing to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
  7. Creating documentation, SOPs, and training materials for new system capabilities.
  8. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in transportation technologies and warehouse management systems.
  9. Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and recommending scalable solutions.
  10. Participating in Agile ceremonies, representing logistics and supply chain requirements.
  11. Assessing project risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.
  12. Applying Lean and Agile practices to optimize systems and workflows.
  13. Providing updates and demonstrations tailored for stakeholders.
